Four stars detached two bedroom house ( 4+2 pers.) is located in close proximity to our family home. The house has its own private entrance, private poll, private parking space and a large yard with a garden that offers the possibility of a peaceful and intimate family vacation. This newly-built and modernly-equipped home will be sure to satisfy all of your needs. The square footage of the house is cca 80m2 with a ground floor and first floor. There is a large terrace (cca 15 m2) in front of the entrance and one terrace on the other side of the house (cca 7 m2). A fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher...) ,dining room and living room are one unit, there is also a toilet and a small storage area all on the ground floor. In the living room there is a couch which can be pulled out for sleeping for two persons. On the first floor,there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with the dimensions of cca 10m2. One bedroom has a double bed dimensions of 180x200. The second bedroom has two twin beds with the dimensions of 80x200 that can be put together to make a double-bed. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, a shower, a hair dryer and bath towels. No pets are allowed.
